Thank You!

I would like to take this time to say thank you, to all of the people that took the time to come out to the special screening of Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom, this past Thursday. No one could have predicted or scripted such a special day. Who would have thought that on a day when the community planned on coming together to watch a movie based on the life of Mandela, that this day would truly turn into a celebration of his LIFE. Thank you to the teachers, students, vice-principal and principal at the Nelson Mandela Public School, for putting on a wonderful tribute to Nelson Mandela and allowing me to be part of this process. It was truly a pleasure to be a part of such a historic/memorable day. Moments like these reminds and motivates me to continue doing what I love to do. The collective participation, support and coming together from the community, truly embodied the message that Mandela preached and the message that the Nelson Madela P.S. will continue to preach in his honor.

Once again, thank you for the opportunity and being able to share in this moment.

Sincerely,

Mark Stoddart
