If you would like to request a reprint of an out-of-stock design, please email us your name, address, phone number, along with the required product and size you would like. Certain models will NOT be available for reprint to keep the LIWI68 brand EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE.

1.     Returns

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Alternatively you may wish to exchange your goods with us, i.e. in the event of an ordering mistake in sizing.

2.     7 Day Cooling-Off Period (Toronto Only)

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase (unless it is a purchase of financial services, food, drink or other perishable products; DVDs, CDs or software which have been unsealed; magazines; or tailor-made / customized products). In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.

3.     Refunding The Delivery Charge (All Countries)

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items which you are not returning. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are an EU customer cancelling your purchase within the seven-day cooling off period.

However, if we have not made a mistake (e.g., if you have made an error in sizing or wish to exchange a shirt for a different design/colour, etc) and it is outside the 7 Day Cooling-Off Period we would not refund any delivery charge you have paid.

By making a request/order you are offering to purchase a product which we will accept to sell to you on the following Terms and Conditions. All requests are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery times are limited to our parcel service and are on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure. 1.     What's does LIWI68 stand for again?

Well we thought that would have been obvious by now, LIWI68 stands for Live It Wear IT 1968. 1968 was a significant year that has an endless amount of historical context attached to it. While growing up, one of my favorite pastimes was collecting and designing t-shirts. Although it was a childhood hobby, in my young entrepreneurial mind I was laying the groundwork for future aspirations. A plain white t-shirt just wasn’t enough for me to work with. I planned to, one day, be in a position where I could design t-shirts inspired by worthy concepts or products. I understood even then that people like to identify with popular trademarks. Whether it is a sports team, restaurant or musical artist, many people identify with a brand on their chest and, essentially, the symbol becomes a representation of their persona. To me, it is a very powerful idea.

2. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be determined once shipping destination is confirmed. Rates will usually be in accordance with Canada Post rates. We realize how upsetting it can be to buy a t-shirt from a site and then find out that the cost of postage is more than the shirt is worth.

3. Where do you ship to?

More a case of where don’t we ship, we don’t really have a problem sending anything anywhere, as long as Canada Post will send it we are happy to mail it to you.

4. How do I know what size shirt to buy?

Our sizing’s are pretty much what you would expect. If anything though they are probably slightly on the fitted side so if you were to be between sizes usually then we would suggest ordering the larger size. If in doubt check your measurements!

5. When will I receive my order?

This is probably our number one asked question. There’s nothing worse than having to wait for something to arrive which is why we don’t mess around in getting orders shipped out straight away. All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days. Domestic orders (CDN) should arrive with 3-5 days. Foreign orders will take longer but generally up to 2 weeks for arrival (sometimes more).
